Shares in Praemium (ASX:PPS) have performed well on the release of the HY-23 results. For the 1H-23 the company recorded A$11.4m in EBITDA from a very strong 17% increase in revenue over HY-22.
We view this as a good result from management in the current investing climate.

Entering into this new services agreement and bringing forward the existing services agreement that was due to expire in December 2023 ensures Praemium can allocate required resources and continue to invest in its largest client with certainty and benefit from ongoing growth of Escala, in the process Escala has resigned to Praemium with a 6 year contract. Part of the deal saw Praemium issue 5.5 million options at $0.70 cents and a further 1 million options to Henslow Pty Ltd who acted on the transaction. It is now in Escala’s best interest to grow the Powerwrap product and Praemium now have certainty of continuity to further develop the platform.
