Is there a search function whereby I can enter a particular stock and get your current/latest recommendation?

Once you have logged into the member's area, you can use the search function contained on the right hand side of the orange bar on the homepage. Simply type in the company's name or stock ticker code (i.e. XYZ) into the search box and click 'go'.
Another easy way to find a particular stock is to click on the "Fat Portfolio" for a complete listing for the company's covered in any given Fat Prophets report. Scroll down to the company name and you can find the most recent report covering the company.
You can also used the advanced search function if you can't find what you are looking for. This enables you to narrow down your search using descriptors such as issue date, risk rating and recommendation type.

If I am looking for a particular report and I know the report number. Where should I look if I can't find it on the website?

You can use the search function as above to search a report number. Simply include the report number instead of the company name in the search box.

Specific reports can also be found using the Fat Ideas link on the right hand side of the members page. If you do not see your desired report in the first three selections click on "More..." to scroll through an archive of past issues.

Can I speak to an analyst regarding particular stocks?

Generally we ask that any questions you have for our analysts be sent to us via email to members@fatprophets.com.au.

Our analysts are very busy researching stock tips for our clients, but they will respond to your email enquiries as soon as possible. Please note that our analysts can only comment on stocks covered in the report.

I am unable to print the report or parts of the report are missing when I print the report, how do I fix this?

The printer you are using may have outdated drivers (software that controls the printer). You can try downloading the latest drivers for the printer from the printer manufacturer's website. Please note that some older printers may have trouble printing the Fat Prophets report.

When I go to login to the website, I get told that my username is incorrect.

Please ensure you have typed your username (the email address you have registered with us) correctly, keeping in mind that the username and password are case-sensitive. Also, if you have incorrectly entered your username previously, it may have been saved by your "autofill" function and hence predicts the incorrect email and/or password. Enter the correct email and password and save that as the new autofill selection.

I need to change the email address or password I have registered with Fat Prophets. Can I do this through the website?

Yes, you can change your email address or password through the website. Simply login to the members section and then click "My Email Address" link of the "My Membership" section on the bottom left hand side of the Members home page.

I find the text on your website small and hard to read, can I make the text bigger?

You certainly can, it's quick and easy to do in only 3 steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to the "View" menu at the top of your web browser
3. Select "Text Size" from the menu
4. Then select your desired text size. Once you select your choice it will adjust automatically.

I am a current paid subscriber but I am no longer receiving my weekly reminder emails. Why is this?

If you have not received your reminder email, please go directly to the www.fatprophets.com.au website and log into the members area entering your normal login details. You are able to access the member's area at anytime irrespective of receiving the weekly email reminder.

We would also suggest to check your spam and group email settings to ensure your ISP or mail provider are not blocking our emails, as can happen to some of our members.

A service notification will appear in your Members homepage 45 days from expiry of each service that you have.

Simply click on "Sign in" on the home page, and on the next screen click on "Forgotten your password". Enter your registered email address and we will send it out to you.
